Another hike up the bluffs of the Nature Sanctuary took no time at all but it was a pretty steep climb. SO worth it! If you live in or around Nanaimo, I very much reccomend going to Morrell Nature Sanctuary on Nanaimo Lakes road. Its not to far down from the entrance to Colliery dam. There is a small drive on your righthand side. Beautiful trails with a ton of wildlife... even bears!!

Take the rocky knoll trail, youll pass a bluff with some make shift stairs keep walking past that about 100meters and youll come to another bluff and you should see a faint train leading UP to your right. Its not a hard climb but you have to walk over some logs.

At the top are MEGA amounts of dragonflys... dont ask me why but it was kinda scary lol. It was really hot out and maybe they were feeling spunky?
anyhow the pics im adding are just for fun, they are not good in any means, and the sun exposure doesnt make the pics look any better lol.
